Sherezade's approach to health and disease bridges two worlds, modern medicine and holistic practices for the Prevention and Rehabilitation of chronic conditions such as cardiometabolic diseases and their risk factors.
Passionate about mental wellbeing and the effects of stress and trauma in our psyche, Sherezade trained as a therapist and executive leadership coach, working closely with a team of world-renowned experts in Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Rehabilitation and Mental Health.
Sherezade has consulted and lectured in Neurocardiology, resilience, performance biofeedback, and Breathwork therapy for almost a decade. Sherezade advises individuals and corporates to overcome anxiety, reduce stress, and strengthen resilience through her unique approach, which she uses in her London's private practice.
As a result of her research work, Sherezade has been a co-author in several preventive medicine and cardiovascular research studies. In early 2020, she was selected as one of the International Editorial Board Members of the new Journal CardioDiabetes from Rila Publications, facilitating research articles in Neurocardiology, Meditation, Diabetes, and Cardiovascular Disease.
With a background as a ballet dancer at the competition level, she drives an intense desire to bring the benefits of movement, exercise and mental well-being training to mitigate and prevent the undesirable side effects that many chronic, long-term conditions may cause.
At present, Sherezade's career is evolving toward digital therapeutics, AI and remote patient monitoring, developing one of the most promising platforms in Cardiac care. The platform strives to deliver the methods executed in her private practice to millions of people worldwide through a mobile App called RB Hub.
She maintains a successful private practice in her flagship clinic in central London and runs an international virtual practice.
