What if I need to make changes to my private GP appointment?
You may re-schedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment time. This can be done via the link in your booking confirmation email.
You may reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment time and you will receive a 50% refund of payment.
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time and your payment will be refunded minus an administration fee of £25. This can also be done via the link in the booking confirmation email.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment time you will not be entitled to any refund of payment.
No refund of payment will be due if you do not attend a booked appointment.
