Mr Pandelis Athanasias is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist practicing at the NHS as well as the independent sector. He completed his training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in the London Deanery and went on to develop special skills in minimally invasive surgery as a clinical fellow in advanced gynaecological endoscopy at the Whittington Hospital, London.
He was awarded a Teaching Excellence Award for NHS Teachers by St George's Medical School (2013, 2014, 2015,2016), where he holds the position of Honorary Senior Lecturer.
Providing a safe clinical environment for women is a priority for Mr Athanasias, and he was awarded a Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management (London, 2013).
Mr Pandelis Athanasias is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at St Helier Hospital and the Lead Clinician for Early Pregnancy and Acute Gynaecology. Mr Athanasias main interest is minimal access surgery, colposcopy, management of abnormal smears and early pregnancy complications.
