Medical Qualifications 

Dr Julian Collinson graduated as a Doctor of Medicine from the University of London in 1992 and completed a Master's Degree at the University of London in 2000. He went on to gain Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians in 2010.

Medical Experience

Dr Collinson has published widely on the management of acute coronary syndromes, valvular heart disease and heart failure. He is the lead for the PRAIS-UK study - a registry of acute coronary syndrome management in the UK and is also a member of the British Cardiovascular Society, British Cardiovascular Intervention Society and Heart Rhythm Society (UK).

Dr Collinson is currently Consultant Cardiologist and Clinical Lead for Cardiology at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and Consultant Cardiologist at Royal Brompton Hospital.  He is available for private patients at the Lister Hospital, London.

Dr Collinson has a specialist interest in Coronary Artery Disease and revascularisation (coronary intervention and stents); cardiac devices (including pacemakers, defibrillators and CRT); general cardiology; and risk factor management.
